RoboLawyer

The entire process

Law is more than a document.

Business legal transactions typically involve many distinct but important stages. Drafting documents is only one of them. You are often left to do the rest yourself.

RoboLawyer makes the entire process understandable and manageable by providing an easy DIY framework that encapsulates a typical legal transaction from start to finish.

Explore the features below to see how simple it is to run your own legal transaction using RoboLawyer.

5 steps to success.

We've extracted the steps that most legal transactions follow into a logical and understandable process. Input your terms, review and approve the drafts, circulate them to the parties, negotiate and agree the wording, then close the deal.

Keep track without effort.

RoboLawyer guides you through each stage of the transaction in a chatty, conversational way. Keep track of where you are, who's approved what, and what needs to be done next.

Emails are written for you.

Writing emails about legal stuff is difficult. RoboLawyer automatically creates versioned draft packs with emails written in appropriate language for each party, giving them specific instructions. And of course, you can customise each one for that personal touch.

It's easy for everyone else, too.

Every party involved in your matter has the same simple, intuitive experience as you. Each party is invited to log in to review, comment on and propose amendments to drafts. They can discuss concerns privately with you or publicly with the other parties.

Comments in context.

Nobody wants to receive an email with a comment on clause 23.3(a)(ii) of Some Agreement, dig out the correct version, locate the clause and then send an email back with a response. With RoboLawyer, you discuss specific wording directly underneath it.

Stay in charge.

Hate dealing with tracked changes? Not sure what's been changed in an amended doc that was sent back to by email? RoboLawyer incorporates change tracking and discussion directly within documents. Only changes that you explicitly accept are staged for integration.

Signatures are not an afterthought.

Parties sign documents directly on the platform. No need to export documents, upload them elsewhere, download copies and forget where you saved them. Even documents requiring a witness are supported.

Don't wait for updates.

Progress of your deal is always at your fingertips. Your negotiation dashboard helps you keep track of who's signed and who's not even logged in yet. Send reminders, respond to comments and approve or reject proposed changes in one place.
